My Dad mentioned that he’d had an incredible pint of beer from “Driftwood Brewing” – a new brewery making small-batch brewed beers in Victoria. I finally got the chance to make it down to Wild Rose Brewery on Friday night to try the new Special Old Bitter English Ale and the Wred Wheat Ale. I was hoping to also try their latest seasonal, the Czech Pilsner, but they sold out of this hoppy brew in less than two weeks… [...]
